How much does a full garden clearance cost?+
It depends heavily on the size of the garden, how overgrown it is, and how much waste needs removing. We visit and give a single fixed quote so you know the total upfront. Small clearances start relatively cheap; full jungle-gardens are naturally a bigger job.
How long does it take?+
Most standard suburban gardens are cleared in a single day. Larger or more overgrown plots may run to two or three days. We give you a realistic timeframe with the quote.
Do you need a skip on the drive?+
No. We take all the waste away in the van, so you don't need a skip permit or kerbside skip. That's usually cheaper than skip hire when you factor in permits and delivery.
Do you clear rubbish and rubble as well as green waste?+
Yes, general rubbish found during clearance (bags of household waste, broken furniture, old pots) goes with the green waste, disposed of properly at a waste-transfer station. There may be a small extra charge for very heavy or unusual material.
Can you clear a garden for a house sale or end of tenancy?+
Yes, that's a large portion of our clearance work. We can turn around a rental property quickly between tenants, or get a pre-sale garden looking presentable well before the photos are taken.
Will you remove trees and stumps?+
Small trees and saplings, yes. Fully mature trees are usually a tree surgeon's job, we'll flag it and can recommend someone. Stump removal is quoted separately from surface clearance.
Can I be given photos of the finished clearance?+
Absolutely, useful for landlords, executors and anyone handling the property remotely. Just ask us before we start and we'll send before/after shots when the work is done.
Which areas do you cover for clearances?+
Inverness, Nairn, Dingwall, Alness, Invergordon, Aviemore, the Black Isle, Muir of Ord, Beauly and surrounding Highland villages.
